Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your DSDP pieces. If something is not right, this policy explains your options.
Returns Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused, unwashed, and unstitched (in its original condition).
- In its original packaging with any tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and the nature of textiles, we cannot accept returns on items that have been stitched, washed, altered, or used. Items marked as final sale are not returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs at support@dsdpglobal.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
How to Request a Return
Email support@dsdpglobal.com with your order number (DSDP/2026-27/XXXX) and the reason for return. We will guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We are happy to help with exchanges subject to availability. Contact us and we will assist.
